A flow-based yoga class that combines breath and movement. This class offers a wide variety of postures, with options for modifications and advancements to meet you exactly where you are. A wonderful class to take no matter where you are in your yoga journey.

We will move through 60 minutes of sequences designed to leave your body feeling amazing while supporting mobility, balance, flexibility, and overall mental and physical well-being. Come ready to move, breathe, and flow—leaving judgment and your ego at the door.
